OK. Take 2 - I've managed to get the FX, triggers, and switch to all work together...the only problem is my sound effect isn't working. I know there has to be a way because in ffa_deathstar when you press the switch the sound goes off the same time the beam does.

 

Does anyone know any reason why this wouldn't be working for me, or have any suggestions as to how I can fix it?

No, I think I have the solution to this problem!

If you look in one of the narshaada sp script files you'll see that there is a script called shutuplando.

In short make a script which affects whatever entity is making the noise then add a sopund command and in and in the path box type null. This sould silence any sound playing on this channel.

Oops, Sorry I never caught the MP part sorry every1, I presumed it was SP.:)

 

(I am also struggling with sound, som1 help me with my thread plz, Not the dynamic music the target_speaker loudness problem
