Problem with Assimilate

I'm using Spacemonkey's modeling tutorial but I'm stuck on Assimilate. When I "Add" the _humanoid.gla file, I get a message next to the folder icon that says:

 

"_humanoid: (Unknown Mode - Prefs not setup?)"

 

I believe my directories are setup correctly; the enum file points to anims.h, the compiler points to carcass.exe and the "Quake dir" points to my jedi "base" folder. Does anyone know what the problem is. I would really appreciate some help.
