gameplay question

In KOTOR, how are the fights gonna be played out, is it going to be "taking turns" type of thing or are you going to acualy fight. If you accualy fight, are you using one member of your party at a time, or are you using the same party member throughout the game.

Thnks:fett:

Mayhaps he meant that it'll be more tweaked when compared with the animation? From what I've heard and read, the animation during combat would make it look more as if you're playing an action game rather than a RPG... yet still use the rules from the RPG. (something that I'm really looking forward to)

Yeah the graphics will be better. But also they said that the combat will look smoother.

In NWN you could see each character waiting for their round to end. They said KOTOR would be more cinematic. I'm hoping that means a guy/girl won't do a move then sit back waiting 5 secs for his/her next move(like in NWN).

I'm looking more forward to seeing my soldier firing off a few bursts at incoming Sith troopers with his Heavy Repeating blaster, dodging laser bolts left and right, as Carth does the same besides me, whilst master Bindo runs straight to them, blocking bolts all the way.

Of course, I'm looking especially forward to seeing my soldier/Jedi Consular block off several bolts with two sabers :D
