Or something like that, just make sure you stick the map files (not the zip) in the base folder.

Just create a server and load them in the set up menu.

If you know the map name you can always do it in the console.

Yea shock your right maps and skins/models goes in base. Also mods....like Omnimod 2.0, Jediplus series, admin mod, Promod mods like those goes into your Gamedata folder, just extract all the files inside the zip to their and you wont have no problems. By the way do you have the patches yet 1.03 and 1.04? Heres a few good sites to get skins, models and maps

Very kind of you, thanks!

By the way, I've dona what you've said, but there's a problem.....When I start up a new server with any of the new maps, only few of the textures show. Most of them are black with white stipes????? That I don't really understand. Is there some reason? Do I have to have other maps/mods installed? Because, as I said, my interest in the game lived up once again because I got internet and could play on-line, and now this is all new for me...

There are some models which do not have team colors. That is why they are black with white stripes, instead of the normal red or blue team colors.

There is no patch for this stuff unless the creator of that model decides to make an upgrade. Though sometimes it's by request......

Wait a minute, you were talking maps! For that, I have no answer.
