Kazutoyo
Hi all who read this! Installed Jedi Outcast again, and started to play the single player game again and I have two questions. 1) Is it possible to expand the lenght of the dead being in the gameworld? I don't want corpses to dissapear, but to stay. Or at least be there for a longer period of time. 2) Almost the same, but is it possible to make the sabermarks on the wall/floor to last longer? They are gone just a few seconds after they are made. Thanks for any replies
Prime
There are no codes that I'm aware of that do this. Since the SP sourcecode won't be released, there won't be any mods that do this either. I'm afraid, my friend, that you are out of luck...

coupes.
never heared of any code to do that either, but i agree, it would be nice if the body stayed there, kinda like in hitman 2... you could also drag them around...
Iblis Reborn
heh you could use grip or push on the bodies to take down other guys it would be funny to do
StormHammer
The reason why bodies and saber marks disappear fairly rapidly is solely down to performance. If the game had to keep track of all the 'decals' and bodies, you'd probably see a large drop in framerate. For a similar reason, that's why levels are not simply populated with enemies/NPCs from the moment you enter them - you can notice on some levels that enemies suddenly appear as you progress. Basically, they couldn't have too many things going on at the same time and retain a decent performance level across a variety of hardware. Kazutoyo
Yeah, I'm fully aware of that. But my comp is fairly powerful so IF it was possible to change, then I wouldn't notice a major performance loss, I'm sure. And I don't need a constant 85 FPS either. I'm happy when I'm above 15. So I'm happy quite often It would have been nice to have an option to change it, no? I hope they include it with Jedi Academy. Atleast the saber decals. Thanks to everyone who answered!
