My suggestions would be to make some alternate positioned Lekku that can be SURF-OFF'd or SURF-ON'd (one wrapped around the neck like Bib Fortuna), and maybe some forehead lumps that can also be SURF-OFF'd - and a Bib Fortuna / Boc style trenchcoat that too, can be SURF-OFF'd.
