Yeah, all this coming from a guy who wants to avoid spoilers and will leave the forums once the xbox version comes out. :D;P

Bleh :p The day I stumble across an important story-driven spoiler is the day I stop searching for information.

I might leave as the xbox comes out too, I like to speculate, just as long as nothing is sure, so I don't want any strategies or something like that since there likely are important names or items and I want to find out myself. However since I want to be a Jedi ASAP I might just check this forums or SWknights.com just to find out what I must do to become one, resulting in me getting the max of the game as a Jedi, wich is exactly what I want.

You too?

Yeah, I'm with Burrie and Jedi 3112 here. I like speculating but once the Xbox owners come in here, I'm probably going to disappear until it comes out for the PC and I play it through once.

Oh yeah... then you'll see that I just reach the point where the big plot twist comes along, and I have to return the X-Box the next day. Or something similiar will happen. No, when I'm gonna play Knights of the Old Republic, I want it to be one long smooth ride without any problems... I really don't feel the need to hire a console for a single game when the same game is released a few months later for the PC.

Besides not wanting to spend all the money for just one game, many people just plain prefer using their PC. Some just like the interface, graphics other things like that better.

I don't know why though......:p

Just kidding PC users.

*gets camera ready to take pictures of himself playing the game*

HALO BABY.........the xbox is cheap now.You can go online with it and there are other games.YES besides the KOTOR,they got other games.HALO---is very, very addictive, and dead or alive 3...well,cgi doesn't look any better.

I'm not saying trash the PC or anything, just don't sh*t on the xbox.Rent it,try it out for a weekend or something. Its worth it.Plus-xbox live ain';t too bad.Playing a game of this caliber,i want it all, widescreen, surround sound, giant screen....everything.I can't play a epic tale at my desk,i want on my big screen with the works.Hook it up so i can record all the CGI/mini-movies in KOTOR too.

This may sound chessy or corny, but don't underestamate the power of the xbox.

Well, some of that doesn't help PC users at all.

Halo will be out on the PC. You can play online with the PC, which is actually easier to do and it costs less. Some people also have rather large screens capable of producing high resolutions which will look rather sharp.

Why spend all the money for the XBox, games and equipment when all they could do is just wait a couple of months then just buy the game?

Not trying to trash the XBox, seeing as how I own one, but many people just prefer the PC and won't be turned the other way. ;)

Ok,so try it out by renting it for a weekend. Why not---rent it and the game and try them out.HALO....HALO is the xbox version of crack. Its addictive....fun,and everything.Only bad thing is the Graphics SHOULDV"E been better, but HALO 2 took care of that problem. Its combat evolved--lol.

So,i say rent it,try it,I'm getting the xbox version.I'll have finished it by the time the PC version is out. After i finish it I might swap with a friend of mine and also finish the PC version aftewards.

How many times do I have to repeat that I'm not interested in renting a X-Box? :D

Say TheChosenOne, you wouldn't happen to be one of those folks who call people at serious bad times(during important work, dinner, good movie on tv, etc) to sell subscriptions for newspapers, do you? :p

He already said he didn't want to rent it then have to return it half-way through the game.

Agreed. Halo is an awesome game, but considering that it was a launch game, it has excellent graphics. Only now are games finally surpassing it, IMO.

End of story XBox guys.

Burrie will have nothing to do with buying an XBox.....yet. :D

*goes to answer phone call* :p

Oh, I'm not putting the X-Box down at all. From what I've seen and heard, it's a fine console. At the moment, I just don't have the money to waste on buying/renting one, especially when some of its games(noteworthy : KOTOR) will also be released for the PC a few months later, which is a piece o' machinery that I do have.

Blah, couldn't you have told me that a few years earlier when I was there on vacation? :p
