One of them was pretty detailed with Wookie customization. I'm not sure where you can get it now, though. When it first came out, you had to be a Gamespot member to download it. Soooo... After you create your character and make a little cash you will need to visit an Image Designer to get access to the more "rare" looks. As far as changing horn patterns, there are 8 different styles at character creation. I'm not sure if an Image Designer can change them later in the game.
