Gamespot were only doing the CE when i ordered...it was $100 including shipping but i had to pay £20 extra delivery when it came.

Quite a lot but i got it 3 days after ordering and having played in beta i gotta say its worth it.

I have placed an order of the CE at Gamestop. I hope they are fast.

I placed an order at EB yesterday, but cancelled it now... don't want two copies. :D

Ordering CE+taxes will hurt my wallet, but what the heck.. you only live once

Woot!

Just got my Gamestop order, talk about quick, only ordered it tuesday :)

COD charges suck though, I got £10.59 import charges, 36p duties and £10 Brokerage Surcharges, what exactly are brokerage surcharges?

PC Gamer reckons that SWG isn't coming out in the UK until next year! So Dillinga? If thats true, you'll be waiting a llloooonnnnggg time!! :( The cost was broken down as:

Game - $67.49

Shipping - $15.99

Total of - $83.48

You must include the CoS there, so £50 plus another £20 for shipping. Hope that helps! :)

Chindi - $100 for the C.E!!?? It was $80 for me! That was including shipping, so that cost me around the £50 mark, and of course with the CoS, that was raised to £70, but I got the C.E, so I'm happy. :D

i think my copy has shipped from the states. Ordered it earlier today and now money have been drawn from my VISA. I'm happy :)

I wonder if I can have it tomorrow? Hardly, but hopefully on monday.

I'll have a hard time working tomorrow i think... thinking of my game travelling the world.

Just think guys... very soon, you'll be in the Star Wars universe! (again for those of us who were lucky enough to get into Beta! :p )

Its probably a good thing that our copies have taken/are taking time to get here... there are a lot of bugs that were not squashed during Beta that are raising their ugly heads once again... just read the forums at http://www.starwarsgalaxies.com

There are a lot of pissed off people who are having serious problems with the game that are only just being sorted out! Just think, a good week or more of their free month down the toilet, whilst us lot get the whole month of a more fixed game! :D

you got a point NeonVampyre. The longer you wait the better experience you'll get.

If been monitoring the official forums since a week before release. I got pretty good picture of whats going on... I bet most of you here does as well.

Lots of talk about bugs and inbalances. New patches arrive every day or so... which is good.

But reading all this makes it impossible not to want the game. It was better before the internet. Back then you browsed the game stores and you had no idea what the future did hold. With the internet and the game companies "official production" you can follow the game through the production. Some games, like SWG, have been in production for over two years. Two years of craving after the game... and soon I'll have a copy of it. Feels kinda weird.. but good.

Yeah, I've been monitoring the official forums too... it sucks that you can't post until you've bought and registered the game though!

Beta was rife with bugs when I first started on it, but towards the end, it was getting better, although I and the majority of other Beta testers thought the game was NOWHERE NEAR finished when they decided to go live... thats why I'm in no rush to register my copy! I'll keep monitoring the official boards, and when the complaining dies down, THEN I'll register.
