marajade Posted July 2, 2003 Posted July 2, 2003 Hello.. i saw your video card help, which answered a lot of my questions to begin with.. so.. ive decided i just need to get a new computer to play SWG.. so tell me, where can i get a pre-built computer that will fit the specs i need for SWG at a decent price? any help would be greatly appreciated!
Abaddon Posted July 2, 2003 Posted July 2, 2003 dell, gateway... those will probably get you a decent computer for 499, however the graphics may be a problem. They probably will have a option to upgrade the graphics.. total price maybe... 500-700. Its not going to be anything fancy...

Anyway, it seems like all the cheap models have intel integrated graphics.. you could one of those 599 for the cheapest and buy a PCI GPU, but I wouldn't. Custom-built (by you) is by far the cheapest

You couldnt get crap =/ http://www.dell.com and/or http://www.gateway.com , Look for yourself I personally do not like Gateways, but You can get a decent system in basically any brand (exception being alienware) that is below $1000 and could even be into the price range above (500-700) Some individuals like to speak without researching first

It's an AMD XP 2600+ with monitor, and printer. Either that or check out local PC stores.
