Livingdeadjedi
i looked at a few scripts for the trams on Cairn reactor map but i still cant understand how i can make a set of brushes that are still. break off and then fall down like tram does.. reason for this is the brush falls straight down allowing you to battle for a short time till ya reach base.. i could do it with a door but i want it to angle slightly as it breaks.. then fall. EG a delay as it starts to snap then it falls anyone know the script i would need and what to do in the map editor as even im stuck.. Livingdeadjedi
well... in my level you get to a section of the walkway..and it collapeses like the Flying transoprt does in the Cairn level when a rocket hits it.. but the piece of walkway must remain solid as it falls down ive seen scripts for doing this but im lost on how to achieve it. and thought someone might have done it already i suppose i could use a function train..but most things use scripting
Emon
Move and rotate commands in ICARUS, read up on them in the manual.
Livingdeadjedi
yeah thats what i thought =] do you agree that if i dont make it fall at a slight angle it will look daft ? but in the end i might just make it so you go to a console and it explodes.. taking part of the floor and you with it
Emon
Yeah, make sure to add some rotations to it.
