Hello! I'm a newbie here, and have been playing my brother in law's copy on SW:KOTR. WOW!

Anyway, I do play a female. Name is Niko Dal'Ariel (and if you can name the cartoon that name's from, I have some GREAT websites for you). I picked a Scoundrel class, and I play Light Side because the Dark Side just seems senseless and stupid.

(THANK YOU, Lucasarts, for not making the female avatars wear chainmail bikinis, or giving them porn mag measurements. Such things are minor, but still annoying).

The romance storyline is with Carth. Fine by me! (I think Bastila needs to get her nose out of the air). He's taken with you, but has serious trust issues. Well, with what the guy's been through, I wouldn't take it personal...he's entitled to the back catalog of National Geographic after the screw-over Saul gave him! Being patient with him gets him to trust you a bit more. The mid-point revelation (and no, I'm not spoiling) hurts him pretty bad.

I'd tell you more, but I'm just playing the game when visiting my bro-in-law.

* Juhani mentions the leader of the Jedi who rescued her was a woman. Of course that last conversation with her after the brawl with Bastila is just...weird. Makes you wonder about the dear Cathar's bunkmate preference, even if that's probably NOT how it was meant to be taken.

* The hunter's wife on Tattoine accuses you of being her husband's latest "toy"

* The hunter with the reprogrammed droids offers sexual favors in return for saving his hide.

* Aboard the Leviathan, Carth's the one who gets nailed if you tell Saul what he doesn't want to hear.

* (Playing a Light Side female) Jolee mentions that you remind him of Noemi Sunrider (Tales of the Jedi)

On Taris, you have to talk to a male NPC in the Cantina to initiate the "party invitation" method of getting the Sith Uniforms.

In Davik's estate, the female slave won't talk to you; you have to talk to the male slave instead.

Bastila won't tell you that she loves you on the Star Forge

If you don't completely follow through with the Carth romance, Juhani will talk a little more about her feelings. If you choose to "off" Juhani in the tainted grove, her "friend" Belaya will run away and join the Sith. She will talk about nights she shared with Juhani under the stars. There should be no questions about who Juhani wants to bunk with.

This is only if you play as a woman, of course.

It never ceases to amaze me the people who can't imagine "the twist" taking place with a female.

What's wrong, men? Haven't you ever made a woman angry? Then you would truly taste the power of the dark side... I think than the twist with a woman is even more sinister.

That's what I've thought for a long time! Juhani has to be a lesbian. When you meet her for the first time in the grove on dantooine, she says about her master Quatra 'In my own way, I truly loved her'. And if you manage to persuade her by saying 'Come on, Juhani, you're a beautiful young woman with much talent' she replies 'Thank you for your kind words jedi, you seem to know just what affects me'. The last part of that she only says if you're a FEMALE.

And then it's what Belaya tells you if you kill her. That she and Juhani used to spend the nights together under the stars. And I don't think she would be that sad and angry and run off to join the sith if she and Juhani only were friends!

And then it's what Alronix mentioned, that she talks about a female jedi she met back on Taris, that encouraged her to join the order. She also says that she thinks you remind her of her.

Yup. When I first completed the game (as a male) I was also wondering about the same thing. The thing is people in the game never refers to Revan as he or she until after the Leviathan, except Canderous, he says 'he' when he talks about Revan and the Mandalorian wars, even if you are a female. It's probably just a small thing Bioware overlooked.

So it's possible to have a romance with her? I tried, I was a lightside female and talked to her all the time during the game, completed her sidequest and all, but nothing happened. I talked to Carth too though, but I didn't hit on him, was I supposed to not talk with him at all? Anyway, I haven't seen you here before so welcome to the forums! Sorry about your parents.

Juhani annoys me, she practically starts to hate you if you play as a bad guy, the other people in your party see you as a friend even then. And she has a complete lack of any sense of humor and always use long, unusual words like invigorating, enamored, enthralling and others. I mean, didn't she grow up in the slums of Taris? you'd think she'd use a little street slang instead.

Technically no, but as a female your passive persuasion, i.e. not threatining, is more than if you were a male, and your threating is less effective than if you were a male, but no no actual stat differences, though there are million of snall and huge difference...

P.S. In your loccation thingy under your avatar, you spelled Korriban wrong, it is Korriban not "Korrieban"...

I have been playing and since I am a girl, I created a female character. My boyfriend is playing as a guy and we have very dissimilar stories. For one thing, Carth is constantly calling me beautiful and a wonderful woman and such. But then he'll get an attitude with me like he does in the male game.

Many male characters hit on the female character throughout the entire story. Also, there are different side missions. Like on Taris, I was offered to pay like 20 credits to meet the band. This never happened in the male version. I am still playing the game though and I'll keep you up to date on the differences between the male story and the female story.
