wanting_info Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 ok i read the rules in the ahto spaceport and i was wonderin about something. i know im about to discuss 'illegal materials' but why cant we discuss kazaa? i would never discuss it here cus there is no reason to (seeing how it has nothing to do with star wars) but i am questioning the reasoning on that.
Hannibal Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 While Kazaa itself is not an illegal program(yet ), it is used to pirate software, etc. Piracy is illegal so they will not allow the forums to be used as advertisement for illegal behavior. No underaged drinking either.
wanting_info Posted August 19, 2003 Author Posted August 19, 2003 yea thats tru. but i mean what if you were talking about getting a kotor pic or image from it. that would be fine right? seeing how its not illegal to have video game pictures on your comp. so if i wanted to talk about that would i be able to? not saying i ever would, but if one was to discuss it it would be fine right? i just wanted to know so that i dont report something thats not actually illegal.

If someone asks you from where you can PM them and tell them. But if you post it publicly it's most likely you'll get a warning from a Mod.
