ATMachine
With the recent debate on the various versions of Loom in other threads, I thought this might attract some interested people. I recently managed to get some screenshots of the FM Towns version of Loom, and I thought it might be cool to show them here. As you can see, it's basically the same as the Loom PC disk version, the updated graphics and CD music being the only difference. I've also created a comparison image of the three major versions of Loom, which you can see here.
Udvarnoky
Great. The FM Towns version has exactly what I want: the improved graphics and all of the text dialogue. If only it weren't so damned rare.
ATMachine
Here are some more screenshots, just because I wanted to post them. You can see several close-ups in these shots, as well as a few anomalies. For one, the male shepherds are all dressed in gray, while they wear brown in both the PC disk and PC CD versions. Also, Fleece's eyes look blue (except in her close-up) while they are green in other versions. The hill where Bobbin is standing, looking at the dead shepherds, looks totally different in the PC CD. That's about it, I think.
