Also, I believe I found a suitable character generation theme for the mod. It's from TFU, but it has this strong Jedi-ish feel, not to mention that the tone is a bit deviant from the rest of the Star Wars movies, just like the KOTOR music is (probably because it was composed by Howard Shore, and not John Williams)
