I've tried 7-zip and WinRar, but it turns out that it was just a fluke of corrupt downloads - it said it was 1.08 gigs, but apparently the file index kept getting corrupt or... something. I tried from a different, wired connection, and it seems to have worked fine. (Apart from a few corrupt tga files that I ignored.) Thanks for checking up anyway. RoR appears to be working now.
