Oh yeah... Warp drive takes you thousands of times faster than light where hyperdrive is messed up because their tiny galaxy should into the space of a solar system or something. They are incompatible to compare one against the other.

My favorite ST ship is the Defiant. It takes the best of SW fighting with ST technology. A few quantum torpedoes would take out a star destroyer I'll bet. SW wins out for the characters and the fantasy aspect to me. ST is much more 'realistic' in my mind.
