  1. Oh, good 'ole Orlando! :xp: Yea, my throat's rather sore from that as well...but I think Lord Brocktree is gonna break it.

  2. (scene opens; husband hands wife a datapad. wife speaks first.)

    "No."

    "No!"

"No, I'm not going to spend two weeks hiking across Vulcan's Forge in the middle of their summer!"

"I thought you always wanted to see the Forge."

"See it, yes, honeymoon there, no!"

"Well, there's a mountain climb expedition on Andorr that caught my eye."

"(Turns to husband) "(name)--my love--let me make this very clear. I do not want to spend my honeymoon climbing, hiking, sweating, bleeding, or suffering in any way!""

    "Alright--what do you want?"

    "Room service."

    "Room service."

"Room service. I want to be pampered. I want the staff to cater to our every whim. I want to be embarrassed by the size of our room. I want a balcony with a view that would make you want to break down and cry from the sheer beauty of it all. And I don't want to spend one moment of our honeymoon suffering from anything except guilt about our complete self-indulgence!"

  3. Got it! I'll have to include a bit of the conversation before it so it'll make sense. Y'see, these two people just got married. I'll mention no names, so don't worry about spoilers. :xp:

  4. We already returned the disk to the library, but I'll get it off of the internet. Shouldn't be hard.

  5. lol, okay. I'll look the line up ASAP. :D

  6. Yea. We actually did get on full of fightin' and killin', but it was the only good one--and it wasn't even that good!

You know they were having a slow few months when they couldn't even get a fightin/killin episode right.

I will admit, there was one really, truly excellent line in the first episode we watched. I'll have to write it down sometime.

  7. lol, wish I could do that! That'd save my voice many times. I tell ya, Cregga Rose Eyes is a godsend. I don't have to strain my voice much to do her! :xp:

  8. Oh, definitely! :xp: What was annoying was one time when my sis and I were running a booth at some convention or other, she met a lady who read Redwall. You know what my sister did? She made me do my hare/mole voices for her! :freakout: The lady was laughing really, really hard when she walked away.

  9. And, on top of that, they're hilarious to read! :xp: The moles are a close second on the list of fun imitations.

  10. Right now, I'm reading the Redwall series to my sis. I started reading them to her halfway through Mossflower 'cuz she was busy sewing and junk, and we've made it almost to the end of The Long Patrol! :D (She absolutely adores the hares :xp:)

  11. I get sad when characters die, but I'm not averse to it, really. I just got mad in Marlfox when Song became Abbess. I had my heart set on her and Dann getting together in the end. :(

  12. The Force Unleashed, at least the 360/PS3 versions are awesome! I didn't particularly like the PS2 version, but that's probably because I played the PS3 version first.

  13. Ah, it's been a while since I've read them. Still haven't gotten my hands on Doomwyte. :/ The badgers are awesome, but I like the otters and the squirrels, personally. :xp: I'm still trying to decide whether Pearls of Lutra or The High Rhulain is my favorite. :xp:

    Which one is your favorite?

  14. Have you read the Redwall books?

  15. Just got another dud. :( That may be the stupidest episode I've ever seen--and it's not the good kind of stupid, either.

  16. Oh, there have been some doosies lately.

  17. (yawn) I just saw a DS9. It had no killing, just holodeck soap opera junk. There was one thirty-second yelling match that was good, but it wasn't worth the suffering. -_-

  18. Hmm, lemme see. There's (as you might have guessed from my topic in the Outlander club ;)) Tomb Raider: Underworld. There's also Lair, a PS2 controller adaptor, Serenity, BF2 for my PC (so I can play online), and a few Redwall books. My mom had me enlarge my list the other day, just so she'd have more options (sigh).

    What about your list? :xp:

  19. lol, yea. Riker was at least twenty pounds heavier than he was during the series. C'mon, the thing was made in like--2005! Reminded me of how he looked in one of the parts of the last episode of NGE--'cept that was a good episode.

  20. I was terrible. :/ The whole series was pretty lousy, but that episode was the worst.

  21. Just Star Trek. Finally finished the Enterprise series last night. I liked 'In a Mirror, Darkly', but 'These are the Voyages...' was lame. :/

  22. 'Nuttin much. I'm just sittin' here watchin' Star Trek with my mom. :) Played Force Unleashed for a while earlier. In a couple days, I'm gonna play it through again for my sibling. She hasn't seen it yet.

  23. Any annoying battle droids around? :xp:
