Found out how, some folders not seen in explorer- so open 3d max and click to run scripts- it will show you the hidden folders. From there drag and drop into proper areas as said in NWmax directions. Oh you can get a 2 yr access to 3dsmax 2012 by saying I'm a student - Pro Tip :-)
