It's hard to come up with a character for this. >.< I've got an interesting character, but I have to hammer out a few details to make his history work... But, I think I have too much history for a character description.

I'm thinking that Corsail and Vlalkor attempted to go off and find a better position (be sure to ask Chevron) and got jumped by some Rakghouls. They (the Rakghouls) began fighting each other once Voleran was finished off though. Just a suggestion, since everyone wants this thing to move along so quickly...

That's interesting. I feel a little left behind in the RP, so I'm going to make a post to try to get my character caught up.

It sounds interesting, but I'm not sure how that would work, as they don't normally attack each other, right? Unless you're saying the mind control is forcing them to fight one another, in which case it may be plausible. It could certainly lift the burden from the Republic troops.

Makes sense to me. I was thinking we wouldn't actually get to the HQ, but it sounds like you want us to make it there without venturing inside.

So, I'm thinking, the ground team fights the six 'ghouls, maybe we start to head towards Republic HQ and get ambushed, and after we slay those, we receive the message from Voleran. I'm asking because I don't want to mess up your plans for it. Oh, and, I'm thinking there should be like a time jump so that it isn't like we are fighting two battles in a row. Thoughts?

I think people are interested. I think they are waiting for more posts in response to their own before they act. Like, Price of Resistance. I think people are expecting your Cathar woman to do something. Darkness Within might be waiting for someone to say "Let's go!" Perhaps that's just me being optimistic. I have no problem with you not being on, as I am not on as often as I usually am either. Everyone has their own stuff going on in real life.

Like, did we meet him here? Or did we meet him back in the BoS days? Or what?

I could be totally wrong. Could be just an old RP, where I forgot the name of a character, and the memory kinda melded together or something. Who knows?

Multiple characters can be hard. Like, if they are on the same side, they are always agreeing. And if they are on opposing sides, they take 30 episodes (figuritive term about how many episodes it takes for bosses to be killed in TV shows i.e. Dragon Ball) and it is all dramatic. And let's see... I think I RPed with you. We were on Tatooine, and most of the characters were in the bar. I think you were playing as Corsail, and LDR was Varik. The story was that someone needed to go find a cache of goods out in the desert. Light somehow ended up outside a Mandolorian outpost, rescued someone, and saved Varik's skin. I could be wrong though. It was a while ago, and my memory is fuzzy.

In your next post in Darkness Within, could you mention that their (the possessed's) voices were lower than normal?

No, I have RPed before. I was RPing before with the Brotherhood of Swordmasters. I was kinda the second in command, but when I couldn't get on for a while, it all fell apart. I thought I had met you there, along with LDR. I have always been pretty good at writing, and roleplaying plays to my strengths (I sometimes get stuck when dealing with a number of characters. Trying to think of their thoughts, schemes, and history while writing gets me blocked sometimes.). I was on another site for a little bit, but I forgot almost all about it.

So, do you think Corsail will have any more wild conspiracy theories?

Yeah! I have only done it once or twice, so I skim all of the posts to see if any of them would affect me. Anywho, what's up with that picture down there? vv The Hutt has two heads?

Yeah, shouldn't be too hard for Tyler and Varias (and that knocked out guy). I haven't really been paying too much attention to the other groups out there, mostly because when I know stuff that my character doesn't or shouldn't, it seeps into my writing. You know?

Okay, so I'm thinking the "slightly red tint" to their eyes would be really noticable. That and the people using lower tones of voice. I don't think we would've noticed any muscle twitches, seeing as how we weren't near the infected long without combat. I'm thinking Light, being the closest to non-dying infected who were not in stasis or in combat would have the highest chance of having spotted it. But I wonder if he would have noticed it... And on top of that, whether or not he would have connected it...

I wasn't really sure. Plus I was kind of tired. Anywho, Price of Resistance is moving a little slowly.

So, is there any way to differentiate between the possessed and those who aren't? I figure Zarev, Per'dra, or Light should have that information, since they all managed to get close to possessed people, as I'm sure you know.

Never an issue, I was just sharing my thoughts. There are all types of individuals in the world (or galaxy), so your characters can be any type of person that you want.
