But... carefull... guy... yea I found this while going through the PK file of the demo. Its got some stuff concerning the sort of things Siege Mode will have. Classes, objectives, etc... Where you see DEMO, I guess it refers to DEMOLITIONS. Read through it and make out what you can. Some stuffs intresting, like different Jedi/Sith classes. Man, this is gonna be a whole LOTTA fun! Yes it is a huge spoiler and it should be spoiler tagged but that it awesome info. The demo has been abused in every way possible. I bet raven is kicking themselves for not removing such info. That is 4 siege maps and OMG!!!! some of the stuff is so awesome. Like having a pilot and assault the deathstar. That means Xwings/TIES/transports are IN!!!!!!!! Also a Rancor is in one of the maps. Along with ATSTs and swoops. I'm saddened no taun tauns, but the planes make up for it. I predict you pick a base class jedi, tech, demo, scout, assault and then you customize it. Like for scout you can have sentry turrets, or a jetpack. Demo you get det packs and other traps plus maybe shields generator. Assault you get a pistol and an e11 default then you pick a heavy weapon of choice. Jedi you can have full dark/light force but one saber stance or have all stances and limited force or dual sabers and limited force or staff and limited force. Tech is like the LT./engineer from wolfenstein, they give ammo, and repair stuff. With this new info I want to be a tech or a pilot. For example, in the assets.pk3 file for the demo, there is a lot of stuff in there from Jedi Outcast, that will not appeart in Jedi Academy. What usually happens is that the developer will code something in, but due either to time constraints, or the fact that removing something later might 'break' part of the game and lead to errors that need fixing, they simply leave some stuff in there. I'm not saying the stuff listed won't be in the game - but Kenn Hoekstra has already responded to an email stating that piloting 'ships' won't feature in the game. Anyway, that's a nice find. From what I can make out, there will be 4 maps to play on. That doesn't seem a great many...but I suppose if they are large and well-designed levels, then they should keep us occupied for some time.
