ChineseJedi
JA is running very poorly on my comp for some reason. I have easily 3 times the minimum specs and I can only run it on low graphics without it laggin so much that it is unplayable. My specs are P4 Intel pentium 1.6 GHz 512 MB of SDRAM GeForce MX440 SE 64 MB Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I could run JK2 fine. Boba Rhett
Have you tried turning off dynamic glow, dynamic lighting and force feedback yet?
ChineseJedi
what is force feedback?
Andy867
Force feedback is an option for Joysticks for a rumble-like effect. Unfortunately it causes serious performance issues (hence the thread name ) When you first load up the game in SP, go to controls => Mouse/Other, and turn it off from there. Force feedback is for SP only though
ChineseJedi
WTH this is really starting to piss me off. I set everything to low, I MEAN LOWEST POSSIBLE SETTINGS... Force feedback off, Antistropic filtering off, dynamic lights off.... and it still lags.... I mean wth maybe there is something wrong with my computer that I don't know about... Does anyone have any Ideas how to fix this?

Andy867
Try popping the CD1 in and click the help and click Install DirectX 9.0a, also try updating your video drivers to the latest Detonator FX drivers.
