Error When Playing JA Online

my comp freexes when i play online! last night it even corrupted my video card drivers so i had to reinstall them

i have a gforce 4 mx440 with 64mb ddr!

it only freezes when playing online and i have the latest nvidia drivers

any1 has any ideas

What is your internet connection? What do you mean freezes, do you get a server disconnected message with a cable icon in the bottom right corner? Run any applications in the background? (in JO my game would freeze when i had a music application in the background)

no the comp crashes! sometimes the comp others just the game

its pretty weird last night windows said that my grfx drivers went into a loop :S

But are you running any applications in the background? Sometimes, other applications could be a memory hog.

hmmm maybe only msn messenger and it was logged off! looks like no1 has this problem! i'll guess i'll wait till i get a new cmputer

try running defrag. I know it sounds weird, but defrag will notice any bad sectors and will let you know since it cant defrag the HDD with existing bad sectors. if so, try running chkdsk /f and see if that help to fix any problems. Also, when you say the latest drivers, you mean 53.13 from Nvidia right? Also, do you have the latest patch from Raven Software, and running DirectX 9.0? What are the rest of your system specs?

im running the directx that comes with the game and the latest nvidia drivers dunno if those are it :S

 

about the patch from raven : u mean the JA patch 1.01 rigth??? if so yes if not then i dunno what u talkin about :S
