Everytime JA crashes just plain ole crashes, without me exiting it through the menu, It erases my user profile + config files. So I have to remake my player and remap my controls. It's really annoying! Please tell me this'll be fixed in a patch, or there's already a solution?! HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP! :( -bump- Nobody?...
Bilbo Skywalker Posted December 28, 2003 Posted December 28, 2003 I'm not sure why its deleting your configs, but the first thing to do, is make a back up of them ( right-click, then choose copy, then paste them into a different location, like your desktop) that way next time they get erased you won't have to go remap your controls, etc. You should try to find out the cause of why it's crashing. Do you have the latest Direct X and latest sound / graphics card drivers? Is there any kind of error message when it crashes?

Andy867 Posted December 29, 2003 Posted December 29, 2003 The latest and only patch out at the moment is v1.01 see if you are using the latest DirectX drivers and make sure to have all programs closed out when playing so that no other app is using up memory resources.
