yes, but remember that if you check the republic embassy for evidence that there is only one course of action thatwill allow you to defend sunry in the trial without gaining ds points.

and there is no one to speak to, or any evidence to be founf in the sith embassy regarding this case.

Actually, you can defend Sunry without gaining dark side points, and still have him found innocent. Simply don't state at the beginning that you are going to find him innocent, then proceed through the defense fully. You don't gain light side points either, and at the end Jolee asked if you felt justice was served, but I got Sunry off on the charges and still gained no dark side points.

And yes, I had sliced the republic embassy computers already.

Well, once you get that vital piece of evidence from the republic embassy it becomes a moral decision....the guy was a philanderer and murderer, he deserves to fry... There is an option where you can just get him put away for life......but I cant remember if that gives you light or dark side points, or neither for that matter....

uhhhm....that's what i was referring to when i said one course of action. let me re-state that to make it more clear. there is only one way you can defend him in the trial without getting ds points. and that is to keep telling him he should confess over and over again and eventually he'll end the conversation saying there's no way he'll do that. no ds points. now start the trial.

to me it was a decision of whether or not it was worth hurting the republic's war efforts to turn in someone who murdered a sith. yes we are getting into grey area here. but shades of grey are more common than black and white. besides that murder trial is TOO fun not to go through with.

not only that, but defending a client you know is guilty let's you know what it feels like to be a REAL lawyer. :)
