stupid politics

welllllll...as we all know...that time is coming (in november ) when everyone (that is 18 or over) gets to vote for president. and i must say...that i honestly have no clue what's going on. not sure what a caucus is...and when i do find out i'm gonna have to ask why it even makes a difference, because it doesn't. my dad, as i'm sure many of our parents or even ourselves, love to watch the news. of course, every time a member or the other political party comes on it becomes a mad screaming frenzy. i don't want this to become a flame war or nothing...but what's your whole view on politics? i think that it's really kind of lame, why there have to be two different kinds of parties i have no idea, i detest the news, and of course i probably won't even vote when i turn 18.

 

oh yeah, that reminds me. in world history...not sure when, during some class discussion, we got onto the topic of "so if somebody doesn't vote for government officials, does that mean that they're not a productive member of society?" how about...of course they can still be a productive member of society! it's not like voting for a government official is the sole purpose that we're alive or anything...plus society isn't just government, it's got other stuff, too. anyway...so what do you people think?

i'm 18 but i can't vote for an us-president...

 

because i don't live in the usa...

 

but i wish i could vote there, just to stop that idiot bush...
