lukeskywalker1
Ummmmm.... get the Q3MAP2TOOLZ. I dont know where its at Anyways, it lets you change the compile lines. Make your command line like this: "C:\Program Files\GtkRadiant-1.4\q3map2.exe" -convert -format map -game ja "C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\GameData\base\maps\YOUR_MAP.map" or something like that...... im not sure if you leave the -game ja in or not Sorry i dont have a link.... could someone give me a hand here? WadeV1589
Search in the forums, that's how you do anything you can most likely think to ask...the amount of times I've answered that question in every JA forum I know of is getting absurd. An unrecoverable error has occured. Would you like to edit Preferences before exiting Radiant? .....HUH? whats this all about? any ideas?
lukeskywalker1
im not using GTK. Q3MAP2TOOLZ allows you to look at the BSPs in the maps directory. So i click the bsp i want to decompile, put the line like that in, and hit build.. then im done
SD_Radical_Ed
first off, what do you want to decompile, and why?
Jedi Luke
Unfortunately all entity info is lost in the decompile.

WadeV1589
Don't forget to get permission first...unless they're standard maps that came with the game then Raven won't mind, they appreciated the compliment usually...Lucas will kill them no doubt but Raven are a cool dev team. WadeV1589
Hey Boran me and a friend are working on bringing EF over to JA, weapons and physics, if you're porting maps ya should talk to me on MSN. We're hoping to make it into a full blown mod eventually but right now it's just us 2, he's doing the code, I'm doing (trying to anyway) the weapons.
