Guest Redwing Posted July 15, 2001 Posted July 15, 2001 The armor I wear protects against radiation...plus thermal detonators are NOT nuclear, they use the synthetic explosive baradium that, when detonated, creates a particle field that expands outward releaseing enough heat and energy to disintegrate virtually anything within the blast sphere. The field lasts for several seconds before collapsing on itself. However anything outside the blast sphere is untouched.
