Mr. X
I want to get rid of a certain model's pouch belt and such but I have no idea how to do so. Any suggestions?

t3rr0r
in the .skin file, instead of the path to texture (of that surface), put *off instead.
TK-8252
If turning off a surface leaves a white void (Whole in the model.) then that surface must remain on.

Well, not all models have an augment surface. For example, try turning off the jacket on the new Tavion model. Can't be done, because the jacket serves as her back, with no augment underneath.
