Well since that cowardly Sith got away. he must go and search for the other one. The animal he was riding wasnt tired yet.. but it was afraid. very afraid. he must hurry. Krea is standing beside Dan Re. hes different Krea thinks. He now knows more about the dark side than he ever imagined possible... so much, that the temptation will be unbearable. Even for him... Suddenly, A blue flash bursts forth, and Krea ignites his staff. Then the full cross. With his Light cross, he lunges towards Dan Re. Let us see if the transformation has occoured. If it has, then he should try much more desperatly to do some damage. he will be much stronger... and ruthless. krea smiles under his mask. I was waiting for YOU to post!!! anyway back in story: Dan-Re's saber flashes toward Krea's lightcross, deftly blocking the blades. He moves now with completely inhuman speed, and despite only weilding a single blade, Krea has trouble blocking his first lunges. As Krea's attention is occupied with the saber blade, Dan-Re thrusts forth his other hand and an enormous surge of invisible energy rips from his fingertips and smashes directly into Krea Tm'Rek. I suppose i should show him some real dark power Krea stops dead in the air and hovers. Dan Re lunges with deadly speed, theheat of the blade breaks upon kreas face and- Dan Re stops. His limbs shoot out in all directions and he feels himself being ripped apart. Lets make sure he knows whos in charge. Dan Re merely glaces at Krea. "Ok" he says. Krea puts him down. How do you feel? It almost feels like with every fight he grows stronger in the force. but he must be carefull of the dark side. it is near. he can feel it. he goes on into the woods. he feels great powers ahead of him. The old man can barely move, but at Dan Re's word's he attempts to lift his head up and struggles to speak. "S...son....I...warned....y...you...." Dan Re stares at him. "Light to dark and dark to light. 'Your Jedi mother will be the death of us all' you said. " His father might have winced, but it was lost in the wrinkles and twists of old age. "Y...your fr...iend....he...will...be...the..." Dan Re: "Friend? He is not my friend!" His father slumps further down. "The proph...ecy ...dark...to...light...and light....to....dark... he...does...not know it, does not...feel it...but he will...will..." Dan Re: What are you saying? He then looks up at Dan Re; The Old Man speaks with stark contrast to his original stutterd words... almost as if he has tapped into some pool of strength. Of course, both of the warriors know it is not the OFrce he has tapped into. "This entity which stands beside you knows not pain, nor remorse. His dark power will become an influenece upon you if you are not careful. Until he is also gre-" The old man stops. But the city feels very dark... the dark side is with this city. After a few moments, however, Krea begins to see a small darkness forming. Almost as if the shadows are expanding. Slowly, the wall is engulfed by darkness. Krea turns quickly to his left, towards Dan Re. The entire room has gone dark. In fact, it seems as though everything has disapeared except for Dan Re, himself, and the Old Man. The old man grins. Suddenly, he throws back his head and screams, as he splits into hundreds of peices. Obiously not in the real world anymore, krea recognizes this dark realm. This is the Dark Side. Not a place, but an entity. They are inside the force. But also in a realm. The peices of the old man form into hundreds of black humanoid shapes, which glow a deep red. They fly towards Krea and Dan Re with incredible speed. The Dark Side is beging to balance out the imbalance... and to do so, it must destroy one of the two Dark beings. Both immensly powerful. There is not room for two of them. Or the Dark Side may fail... Krea ignites his cross and flys into action, begining the battle. Considering the lack of gravity or friction, this battle will push the two warriors to their limits... EEEEERRRRRAAAAAGHHHHHHH!!!!!!! Krea screams out his battle cry more feirce than ever before. Redwing Posted February 24, 2002 Share Posted February 24, 2002 Dan Re spins his sabers with incomprehensible speed, slicing the shapes into fragments as fast as they could come at him. Gravity and friction were no more in this place...without the Force, Dan Re and Krea would have been completely immobile. The dark creatures kept coming and coming, in seemingly unlimited numbers. Just when the two were about to be overwhelmed, everything just... ...stopped. Krea's lightcross was frozen in the act of dissecting about ten of the dark creatures at once. Dan Re was frozen in an impossible acrobatic act. Nothing at all moved, down to the creature's red eyes. Then two forms appeared. One blindingly light, and one impossibly dark, both exceedingly painful to look at. But neither of the warriors were able to move. A voice came from nowhere: Dark has taken the light. The first prophecy has been fulfilled. It is time for the second. The two beings disappeared and reappeared behind Krea and Dan Re, one behind each. Contemplated it. Then...embraced it. A thousand screams in the dark, but Dan Re did not hear them. He felt nothing but power. Power he had never dreamed existed.
