Jan Gaarni Posted May 16, 2004 Share Posted May 16, 2004 You can get money by going to a normal mission terminal found in any NPC city, and some player cities, and pick some missions on them. That way you will also get combat skills at the same time. As for vehicles, check out this thread to find a good dealership. I doubt you will find better deals anywhere else.
