Launcher Pistol Question?

Can the launcher pistol do regular pistol attacks...for example eye shot??

if you have the attacks i believe any pistol can do them

The only limit is the weapon type, not the actual weapon. For instance, you can only do headshot with a rifle, legshot with a carbine, bodyhit with a pistol.

 

Of course, if you just blast away with any old weapon using the 'default' attack, you may hit any of these body parts.
