Reaper Girl Posted August 29, 2004 Posted August 29, 2004 I recently finished Anonymous Rex . I thought it was quite good. But Scifi (do non-Americans get the Scifi channel?) is making a seires about it. Gag. I have to read Madame Bovary. I made it to part two, and it is GAGG!!! I also keep Under the Black Flag handy. Bedtime stories. Horray for Johnny! My local comic book store doesn't carry it, and its out of print. I cry.
JofaGuht Posted August 29, 2004 Posted August 29, 2004 You know, the SciFi channel is doing a live action remake of Witch Hunter Robin. That will be interesting.

We do in Britain, but I hardly watch it (make that never), it's generally never appealed to me, although it did, few weeks ago show the 20th anniversary ET movie, and I hadn't seen it in years, so I watched that (now have it on DVD). I like some Sci-fi stuff, like Star wars and futurama (obviously) but then, not other stuff, so i guess I'm not that kind of sci-fi guy. despite that fact that The Discworld series is put into the Sci-fi category only because it takes place on a different worl, but I still say it's more fantasy.
