Caerid11
I'm on my third time through the game, and this is the first time through I've used any mods. I've reached Manaan after doing Dat, Tat, and Kash. I can walk around anywhere I want, however when I try to enter the Republic Base...I see a cutscene of my character opening the door to the base, then walking away from the base. The camera flips around and I'm looking down the hallway through no particular view (can't see my character). The game is still going on (droids moving around, can hear people walking) but I can't move at all. I can't access any screens, quickload, not a g-damn thing. I've got Holowan Plug-in 2, Achilles Jedi Counsel, and a few lightsaber mods installed. I tried using Darth333's warpband, but there's no option for the Republic Base... Any ideas??? Darth333
The Republic base is not a separate module and the armband can only bring you to the main districts of Manaan: Ahto West, Ahto East, West Central, etc which are modules. You like a problem with triggers. Do you have mods that use a .git file for Manaan? DO you have many.utc files in your override folder - one of them could conflict - ? Caerid11
There was one .git file and a bunch of script files in my Override folder. None of my .utc files should conflict with anything, none of them pertain to Manaan. I deleted everything in my Override pertaining to Manaan and it still does it. Open door, guy walks away from door, view switches to down the hallway, and the door leading to the Hotel opens up...game freezes (though droids and people still move, still have normal sound). Played with your warpband. If you warp to East Central (I think) it takes you inside the Republic Base (thk god). Screwed up my spells.2da file though, but at least it's playable. T7nowhere
After removing everthing from override, try and load a save prior to you entering the area(module) and see if the problem persists. the git file shouldn't cause that , it's not even for that module.
