Manquesa
well, first of all you're gonna need 3dsmax, gmax won't do what you need. But anyway, for the .skin textures, you need to make sure the textures are in the same directory as the model. And try using the search feature of these forums for the phrase uvw unwrap, or search on yahoo or other search engines. you're bound to find something. But if you're gonna model in either of them, choose gmax, which is a more professional than milkshape. Make a model, and ask someone to turn it to a player model. minilogoguy18
duh! the reason why the textures dont show up in md3 view because you have to make a control file (which milkshape has) milkshape may look unprofessional but it has all the plugins you need to make a fully functional game model and it is very simple to use and if it doesnt come with the plugins you need you can get them from its website the only thing milkshape cant do is make a model that has over 100,000 polies which is way over the JA limit i use 3ds max now but if you cant afford it milkshape can do EVERYTHING you need to make a good JA model!
