Improvement to Sniper rifle - charged shot

The sniper rifle is nice. But a good improvement would be the ability to charge your shot. At current, two shots will kill someone. Well a charged shot should double or triple the attack power. Charge a little bit and you can insta-kill. Charge fully and you can increase your power to destroy tanks etc.

 

The true anti-camp weapon. Having to shoot someone twice in the head is annoying :/

First of all the sniper is already over powered. And seccondly that would only support camping as you would have to power the gun up. And you only have to shoot once on the head to kill

Yah, very bad idea. I used to suck with sniping in other games, but SW:BF makes it real easy. Powering the thing up would be a death sentence for SW:BF/

aim for top of head *not just at head*=1 shot 1 kill everytime.. well except for the "heroes"..

 

charging wouldn't be anti camp it would promote it..

and who cares if snipers camp? thats part of being a sniper...

 

not to mention the little sensor map in the corner gives the badguys positions away..

You shouldn't make it too easy for snipers to kill ppl. Infantry should be stimulated for nice games

Maybe for the PC version, but not consoles. I could barely hit anything with the sniper when playing the Xbox version.
