Mike Windu
The Maul fight is my favorite out of all, save for Obi v Ani. There was a great feeling of intenseness. Plus, Maul is hardcore. As far as Obi being too slow, I think he could have been a liiittle bit faster. But he was trying. I definitely think that he could have gotten to Maul the 2nd time before getting stuck behind the first laser thing. But hey, it made him pissed to see Jinn die, and he kicked ass. That's all I wanted to see.
idle
Obi-Wan slow? Well he did kinda just get knocked down atleast 500 feet onto a metal bridge. I don't know if you've ever fallen 500 feet but even 20 feet knocks the wind out of you. True. Has it ever crossed anyone's mind that Obi-Wan may just be scared? It's an interesting theory. Hoping by the time he gets to the fight that his legendary master had defeated the most evil and intense looking SW baddie EVER. Of course, it didn't work out that way and he had to get revenge/calm down/do what had to be done.
MachineCult
Maybe the shot of obi-wan running behind Maul and Qui-gon fighting was zoomed a little bit. That and the fact that the camera was facing the exact direction Ewan was running might make him not seem as far away.
Kurgan
Maybe Maul cast "Force Slow" on him? Perhaps Obi-Wan's ping was just too high, in the end... but when his master suddenly lagged out and disconnected, there was enough bandwidth available to let him move normally again...
