tag weights

I am trying to make a custom model for JA and when i try to assimilate the XSI file i get the error vertex(0) on driver has no weight. It works without the driver tag but the model doesn't fly right. Anybody know what the problem is here?

the problem is that one of the verts of the bolt_driver has no weights

i made the envelope for the body and then copied in to the driver tage but it still gives me that error. know why this may be?

1.Add skin modifier to tag

2.Add bone for the tag to be weighted to

3.Select verts of the tag mesh and apply 1.0 influence from previously selected bone
