PR-0927
Yeah, well when I play a gamei get this weird lock-up, freezing, and repetition of sound. It also sometimes freezes for a bit, and then resumes play, and the graphics look blurry for a bit, as they doo in SWBF. Actually, this doesn't happen to SWBF at all anymore, mostly. But, why? I have the newest drivers, and my computer is ripped. Here are my significant specs: AMD Athlon 64 nVidia GeForce 6800 256 MB RAM 1 GB RAM 56x CD-ROM Drive Please help!! I was trying to play Deathstar Trench Version 2.0 for JA, and it kept freezing and crashing!! Thanx.
MTV2
whats the Processor compatibility and what game are you trying?
Treacherous Mercenary
Try checking drivers for everything else such as the mother board, etc if you can. Also, check the settings within the video card panel through display properties, settings, then advanced and play around with that. What version of the drivers do you have? Also, can you give as much of the specs as you can?

Samuel Dravis
I'd say, kill whatever programs you have running in the background. Then see if it still messes up. Then check to make sure you have all your driviers up to date, and also check to see if the said bug is on the readme of the drivers as a known problem. It's often something simple that messes things up...

jon_hill987
Have you just upgraded or did you build the PC yourself? if the latter you may need to disable any on board graphics.
PR-0927
O.K., I have had the latest update for a while, TiE 23. I made this computer from http://www.ibuypower.com and so I did not make it literally. Box...I have a small folder type thing and a ton of instruction manuals. Thanx for helping, BTW!! I guess it probably is something simple, but I still don't know yet... My Dad was informed of this, but he had to prepare to go to Conneticut yesterday for today, and hasn't done a thing yet, nor does he know the problem.
