But like Palpatine/Sideous was never a Jedi, and Darth Maul (we never know his true name, Roy) were never Jedi, so the term "Dark Jedi" would not apply to them, and most Sith throughout SW history.

hemmm you know I already knew that Sidious had never been a Jedi ever but had never "thought" about it. :D Does anyone know from where did he get trained? I always wondered that? I mean at the time we are introduced to him he is a mere senator within the Republic Senate. Was his "Master's lair once on Naboo? Just a thought :D

I regret to inform you that this bit of info comes from SuperShadow.com and thus is not to be trusted (he's not a reputable source, not even for "fanon" since the stuff is what he makes up himself).

So this Darth Plageus is just as "canon" as the Penari Lightsaber or Nebar Foxis (in other words, not canon at all), sorry...

I have a feeling that Palpatine's Master, like Anakin's real father (if one assumes he wasn't really "concieved by the Midichlorians" as Qui Gon speculates in TPM) and Yoda's species & original homeworld will simply remain a mystery so long as Lucas has anything to say about it. The rest is just fan speculation/fiction.
