Kjølen Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 "After many long time G4techTV employees were terminated on November 11, 2004, it is being rumored on some Internet sites that G4techTV will become simply G4TV in Quarter 1 of 2005. It is also being rumored that Microsoft's Paul Allen will start a channel called MSTechTV and attempt to hire all the previous hosts that have been on TechTV. It is planned this new channel will start airing in Quarter 3 of 2005." --- Wikipedia This is good news, no? If it becomes true, we must send words of praise to Paul Allen! Microsoft will earn much respect in my eyes. Discuss.

Kjølen Posted January 2, 2005 Author Posted January 2, 2005 Well um... the good news is... the REAL TechTV will be back. >__>
edlib Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 The merge was a bad idea all around. I haven't been able to watch it since they did. Maybe this will sort things out... bu, uh,.. by pretty much putting them back to exactly the way they were before?
Kjølen Posted January 3, 2005 Author Posted January 3, 2005 Aye, hopefully this is the case. If MSTechTV is made to be just like the real one. Except different names for the shows, considering G4 now owns all of the old ones.
