Concerning your question asking if I believe other religions are wrong; yes they are wrong. Jews believe we are wrong. Muslims believe Christians and Jews are wrong. And no they don’t believe in the same God as Christians. The Bible teaches that if they really believed in God, they would believe in Jesus. Jesus is God in the flesh (God in a bod.) Hindus, Buddhists, Muslims, Jews, and Christians all believe the others are wrong. We can’t all be right.
