I actually saw him a lot. He went to the study halls in the cafeteria and ate muffins. According to many of the seniors I know, he was a pretty nice guy, too. =\

El Sitherino Posted January 20, 2005 Posted January 20, 2005 I don't see the problem. I mean its not like he's disturbing anyone.

Well the problem was that someone who did not attend the school gained access and wasn't detected. He could have been anyone, but fortunately, was just looking for a roof over his head. Should be interesting to find out what will happen to the poor sod.
El Sitherino Posted January 20, 2005 Posted January 20, 2005 Yeah but still. It's not like he went on some frenzy and tried to eat the kids, he just sat there and ate muffins. I understand it's criminal trespassing, but it's not like he did anything and it seems the students didn't mind and what not. Hire him as a janitor is what I'd do, let him stay there for a bit until he can get on his feet ya know.
ZBomber Posted January 20, 2005 Posted January 20, 2005 Yes, well, I don't think he'll get in much trouble. The faculty was probably just worried, they probably did not reconize him.
legameboy Posted January 20, 2005 Author Posted January 20, 2005 The problem is he's an illegal alien now. When you go to a public school, they do not have the rights to see what your citizenship is. His family moved up from Mexico with a visa. This man's visa has expired.
TiE23 Posted January 21, 2005 Posted January 21, 2005 Crap, I feel sorry for the guy. In this day, everyone is a suspect and no-one is safe. TiE
toms Posted January 21, 2005 Posted January 21, 2005 bet the librarian that got him arrested is really popular with the kids now, if they liked him...
legameboy Posted January 21, 2005 Author Posted January 21, 2005 Everyone in school were wearing 'Free Francisco' shirts, and today the bus drivers told us that hr had been set free. He is now staying with a lawyer that fairly wealthy business man hired to help him.
