My guess would be the same thing as in KOTOR, edit the swkotor.ini or whatever the .ini file is in TSL, and under game options add "EnableCheats=1" without quotes. I have heard the key to bring up the cheat console is the same as in KOTOR, but you don't actually 'see' anything this time around so no white > in the upper corner, but I'm told it works even though it is invisible. Of course all this is heresay from me at this point... I don't actually have TSL yet. *Skulks away from thread grumbling to self about the lousy local stores*
J'ando
Yes in the KOTOR2.ini file add the line EnabledCheats=1 (think that's it... same as for KotOR 1) under [Game Options] and pressing ~ in game will get you into what I'm calling, for now, "text input mode". You can't move or whatnot but you can type on an invisible line with invisible text and get real results. Invulnerability works, as does "givecomspikes". I tried about a dozen of the "giveitem" codes and none of those got me anything.
vomder
Ok cool thanks for helping, I wonder why they made it invisible. Would there be in way to change this in the future?

Just make sure you refer to TSL objects and not Kotor 1 objects. the code is: giveitem myitem x x is equal to the amount of "myitem" you want to want to add in your inventory. Check the items (.uti files) in the .bifs or check the list attached hereto.
Darth Stryke
AHH, Darth333, you engaged my curiosty and I looked at the list without having the game!!! Not much was really spoiled, but after seeing that item list, KOTOR items don't seem as cool now! Another day goes by and me wants TSL even more...SOON.... Such a shame that they did not make any new custom models for those nice sabers or blasters. Guess we have to fix that

Guess we have to fix that there are plenty of custom armor though... dark/light robes looks better than kotor1 version:)

Hey Darth, thought you might want to know (if you didn't already check ) that I used your list to check that the "Special" Robes (Jolee's, Nomi's, etc.) ARE in the PC game. Huzzah! So is Visas' LS, though it unfortunately comes with no new hilt and is fairly useless (not upgradeable), just like Freedon Nadd's shortsaber. I hope this non-upgradeability is remedied via Holowan... BTW, Freedon Nadd's shortsaber is a plot item and you'll get it anyways during your game.
wolfshadow
Thanks for the list Darth 333... That makes things much easier once I've finished the game for the first time. I already enabled the cheats. Looking forward to all the wonderful mods that I'm sure everyone is going to put out. EDIT : Any codes for grenades? one thing I have noticed, it is a lack of grenades. Darth333
In order to keep the cheat discussion in one place and avoid confusion, I splitted this thread and merged it with the cheat thread in the Padawans lounge. If your posts are no longer here, check this thread. I am locking this discussion.
