lukeiamyourdad
And how do you know that? How do you know there's no surprise? I don't see what's so unfufilling about it. They could've put Revan in this game and they didn't. Must have been some other reason then just story-wise. Mainly because everyone's Revan was different. Hell, let's hundreds of different story because Revan has thousands of personalities. Hell, let's port the save from KOTOR I and II and leave non KOTOR I and II players in the dust and call KOTOR III an ex-pac. Seriously though, what's the difference between seeing their face or not? They can't possibly give personalities to both Revan or the Exile without screwing the story. At most, I think you would see Revan or the Exile fighting some bad guy or lurking around. nas77
I said that seeing the faces of Revan and the Exile would be important because I'd thought that they would be major players in Kotor 3. I never really thought that they may only show up in the background once or twice; I guess I don't really want that to happen, it would be a waste of two great characters plus it would be somewhat difficult to conclude the trilogy that way. If there even is a trilogy... geez I hope so but I think we get too far ahead of ourselves sometimes... but then LA wouldn't give up this cash cow too easily
lukeiamyourdad
That's the thing. They're going to be major players but they'll still be background players. Focus must be kept on the player. Of course, this is all speculation bu I try to be as logical as possible.
nas77
Even so I still say cloaked faces are weird for characters we've already seen unless there's a really good explanation for why the Exile wants to wear a bag over his head.
90SK
I would personally love to see the exile have his/her own personal garb, like Revan. It was kind of dissapointing for me that we didn't get any distinguished gear in K2 (hell even the clothing sucked, though it was more "realistic"). Warmaker
I have only 2 things on my wishlist for KOTOR 3: * A polished game. 'Nuff said! * A worthwhile ending. The end for both KOTOR 1 & 2 are pretty bad.

The_Maker
Things I want to see in KOTOR 3: 1: A release date within 2 and a half years 2: The ability to choose a different race (like a Duros, or Rodian etc.) 3: A good ending! 4: More character customization, (choosing old or young, fat or skinny, tall or short etc.) 5: Real female hairstyles! (Long and wavy or in a bun etc.) The ones in KOTOR 2 were just mutaed male styles 6: New Jedi Masters (Handmaiden, or characters you trained to be Jedi in K2) 7: Mound guns (like an entrenched repeating blaster carbine) would be a huge improvement for the whole "universal battle" genere 8: Drastic physical differences between ligh and dark side e.g. Missing mouth or tounge if DS (Like Malak), etc. 9: Different idle positions depending on LS or DS(like when you see your PC in the Profile screen with the blue/red background)... and different running animations! I can't stand how much bootay shaking there is with a female PC run animation! (Not that a lot of bootay shaking is a bad thing ) 10: A special DS feat that allows you to carry twin double bladed sabers (might be a little overpowering but thats what the darkside is for right?!) 11: A beggining that doesn't involve a stupid asteroid as the first level where you can only fight droids! 12: More lightsaber colors ( dark red, dark green, brown, dark purple or a brighter pink, etc.) 13: A PC only lightsaber that changes in color if LS or DS. (Sort of like the PC crystal that you get in the kinrath cave on Dantooine ) 14: If pure DS the ability to do some mucho damage (like Darth Nihilus destroying Katar ) 15: A truely good storyline! When the Leviathan destroys Taris I was like What the heck was that!? it takes a spacestation the size of a moon to do that in the movies! Also, how come Nihilus could destroy Katar but not even the emporer himself could do that? sounds like someone is getting lazy

If there was going to be a day/night system, it should: a) be like Morrowind's, or b) be based off the time of the console's settings. -EDIT- Or c) be like Fable. 1 minute real life = 1 hour in-game time. Darth Aleera
I Kotor III, I wish to see: - Bigger areas, and, of course, more planets. - Customisable PC portrait, or more different PC faces to choose. - Customisable colour for clothing. - A decent ending and no more unfinished areas in the game. - Four or five party members usable in the same time (instead of only three). - Advanced colour crystals for the lightsaber (like in Kotor I). - Possibility to choose which npg you like to recruit and whom not. - When playing DS, an easy way to attain influence on some party members avoiding LS points. - No more bugs on loading with ATI cards. - Lightsaber usable from the beginning of the game. Say it didn't make any sense; this wouldn't be cleaing yourself after a crap this would be making a mess and brushing it under the carpet hoping no-one else will notice. If people are angry about your companions being dropped at the end of TSL how could they possibly be content with the core theme of TSL being dropped from the third game??? Darth Aleera and The_Maker want a lot of the stuff I'd like to see as well, especially fully customisable faces. Bigger areas is a must and obviously a good storyline and good ending, though I'd be happy to wait longer than 2 and a half years if the end product is going to be worth the wait. Four / five party members - not so sure, might make the game a little easier and also reduce replayability value because when I play for a second or third time I like to choose different party members not have most of them already played in one go. Unless you're given a bigger pool of characters to choose from, then I'd guess it'd be okay. Definately liking the ability to choose who to recruit - I've never used Go-to or Hanharr because the former was useless and I don't like Wookies, so I'd loved the option to tell them to bog off when they got onto my ship. *EDIT* Also the dark/night cycle would be awesome. Look around a little bit The Death Star totally destroys a planet but what the Sith did to Taris and Telos is different. They bomb the surface to oblivion. The_Maker
The Leviathan and all those Sith Warships. Look around a little bit Well, in the cinematic it shows just the leviathan bombarding the planet... (You sure your not thinking of Telos in K2?) Because then there are other visible warships. lukeiamyourdad
You only see the Leviathan bombarding but when you depart from Taris, there is more then one warship. Also, when you're fighting off the Sith fighters, look around a bit and there's some other warships.
Xenocidal
How about 2 different PCs, as in you play as Revan or one of his agents and then the exile chasing him and you'd have 2 different parties. Kinda like Halo2 wen u play as the Arbiter and MC only kotor-style. And how about a 'shading crystal' that makes any colour darker/lighter. And no more Ebon Hawk or crazy old folk, just young hotties in a new set of spacewheels. And how about stats effect you appearance (if you have high charisma your hot, strenght= your larger etc). And even better, the ability to change your hair and grow a beard (hell even unlocking hair and beard styles by talking to npcs). And since you would have 2 pcs you could make 1 evil and 1 good or good/good and bad/bad. Then you could see the effects of you other pcs work. And even better frivolous side quests that are just for the fun or new stances. And then cosmetic stuff like clothing dyesand add-ons. Then multiplayercould be for the minigames a hiscores thing and then you pc vs another pc of about the same lvl.
Cmdr. Thanatos
More items would be nice as well. They cut a huge amount of items from kotor2. They even completely removed heavy weapons! That was perhaps my greatest delayed dissapointment. I had mandalore with me and I thought: "This guy needs a big gun." But there is no big fun gun! kotor III should let you go to level 100, have up to a 6 person party, buy your own ships at shipyards, and upgrade ships with all sorts of fun toys (you want a workbench? a lab? a ventral turret gun? Lateral turret guns? torpedo launchers? sick bay? troop transports? SURE THING! That will be 12323542353454434 credits please. make letter of credit wafers payable to czerka corp. shipyards ) If I am a jedi out to save the galaxy, I'm going to do it with a rather large arsenal. I don't care if that arsenal is insignificant compared to the power of the force, it would be pretty darn cool to have a troop transport hit a city and have you lead an army to your objective. Er, I'll settle for the extra party members. Please? Pretty please?

Cmdr. Thanatos
It was a joke. I just want a larger party with the same level of interaction between npcs as there was in the first game The rest can wait until I become CEO of Microsoft, at which point I would buy out OE, Bioware, and lucasarts

lukeiamyourdad
Thanks I appreciate it. Now back on topic... I would love the Ebon Hawk or whatever spaceship you're going to have to participate in a real space battle(think Call of Duty:UO's B-17 mission) as a mini-game. The one when you arrived on Onderon was ok but when you realize that the Ebon is just going around and around and around...it becomes a bit lame but it was fun nevertheless Oh and more turret minigame then TSL. There wasn't enough. Perhaps an improvement of Swoop racing to actually be a race and not just a time trial. I realise that what I want might not be in the realm of possibilities but they'll have a new engine so who knows
Voran
Heh, I'd think it'd be funny if you started game 3 as a 1st level Jedi something, but THINK you're actually some amnesiac uber-powerful being like Revan or the Exile. Then you get to experience various dialogue options where the NPCs you hook up with point out you're definately a Jedi, Cept in this case, you're just a brand new guy, in a brand new situation, and also....not the spawn of a God of Murder. But that's just me.

Ellderon
I too would like for your charachter to be a "normal jedi".. No uber feats in his past, no great powers or unbelivable skillz. NORMAL.. Even better, no pre-made histroy. (something like Jadein in Jedi Academi...sure, that would mean more stroy would focus on other charachters and you ACTUAL ACTIONS - even better) A feeling that the whole universe doesn't revolve around me is something that I miss very much. et other get credit for something too.. Like hte Mandalorians for example... They help you save Onderon and they blew up the Ravager..and no mention of it anywhere...
