General Kenobi Posted March 9, 2005 Share Posted March 9, 2005 Yep, load up a saved game in KSE (downloadable from the mod tools section here). Then open up the NPC's and then open the character you want to change. Change the Model and the icon to whatever you want. Commit changes and your done.
