I like the idea, but it could have been done without replacing any items and with just one texture.

Nope, Atris robes use its own model, so simple retexturing will not work, it would look similar, but not the real deal.

Also, the hands should be retextured to look like white gloves or something, otherwise someones black PC ends up with hands that don't match.

Oops, just think of the hands as a skin colored gloves ;)

One hand seems to be clipping through the hilt, and the other isn't gripping the hilt at all.

I'll try to fix that, looks like the hand hooks are a bit off.

I'm interested in that pc head your using is that a custom one that you did?

Its just a reskin of 4th female head, I can post it, if you want to.

I would love to include that head in my new PC head pack as it's own model. If you would post it that would be great. Of course all proper credit would be given. Shoot I could even make the robe texture her default clothes for that head.:D

Actually, I just did it a couple of hours ago. There is an unused model/texture type in the game that can be used by creating a new line in baseitems.2da and setting the modelvar to J. Then I just renamed the model and the texture to match the model/texture used (or rather, not used) by that type and used GFF Editor to change the baseitem in the uti to match the new line I made. I also had to tweak a couple of boxes in apperance.2da to get it right for a few characters but that's it. No replacing anything.
