RevanA4
um I waz wondering if the .2da editor for nwn will work for the .2da files for kotor and TSL
boinga1
I have no idea, but you would probably be best using Fred Tetra's KOTOR Tool, or a GFF editor (for some files). For a complete list of tools, see here.
RevanA4
I kinda figured out that you have to decompile them to use it but thanks
tk102
I don't get the point of using a .2da editor for decompiled (v2.0) 2da files. A text editor like Notepad or a spreadsheet like Excel should do the trick in that case.

tk102
That's all Fred's. (HazardX made a 2da decompiler back in the day.)

tk102
Oh you mean the useless v2.0 -> v2.b compiler. Yeah you were the first and only person to use that. (That goes back to my very first post on these forums which, fittingly, was a link to a useless modding tool.)

RevanA4
well since I've got this thread doing could you point me in the right direction for making the handmaiden replace one of the female pc selecitons
PisOgPapir
appearence.2da? selection.2da? i think somewhere n appearence.2da there is collums with the different heads. find the handmaiden and there should also be a collum called backupHead or something. lets take a example and the Handmaiden's head is head nr. 31 (it's not but this is a example) then you would also have to paste 31 in the backuphead folder in the P_Handmaiden row. And then you would find one of the rows labelled P_FEM_C_SML_03 or something like that. This is a player selection. replace the Face(not backup) with the hanmaiden's number and you should get it done. (might be confusing. My english sucks)
