It says: "Infinite Ammo: By tapping into the raw power of the nearby Psitanium deposit, Raz obtains psychic ammo for PSI Blast and Confustion." Anyone know where that deposit is? It means the "unlimited ammo upgrade" taps into this source of power, not that you literally go there and tap it. If you want unlimited ammo, you just have to keep ranking up until you get to it.
