[spoiler] Return to Iziz (Dark side)

I've completed the first part of Iziz (dark side) and have been banished back to Dzix until "further news from the planet". I have no clue what the trigger for that is. I've talked to everyone to death, and still no changes.

 

What is the trigger to get "news from the planet"?
